AeYoung and I wanted to take a quick moment to thank you
for your wonderful performance during our home construction
project. Due to my heavy moving schedule, this is the third
house we've built and lived in, during the last ten years...
but easily the most enjoyable. I realized that the absence
of major and minor annoyances is directly due to your adherence
to sound building processes. You proved that a custom house
need not be cost prohibitive. We were able to integrate custom
features to our home that usually are not practical (cost)
or feasible (time delay) with many other builders.

Hamilton Reed,
In 1991 the Fischbach family built a 37100 square foot home
in the Willow Springs community of western Howard County.
We would like to commend Stephen Forney contractor for his
expertise in the oversight of the project.
Mr. Forney developed ways to get a custom look from the original
floor plan. He worked extremely well with the architectural
review committee in our community. We are grateful to have
a beautiful stone and cedar home on a three-acre sight surrounded
by trees. We realize after speaking with other homeowners
in our community7 how fortunate we were to have chosen Stephen
as our builder.
On occasion we have needed to contact him, which I would
not hesitate to say, a positive relationship still exists
today.
