Dear Hamilton Reed,
This letter is to thank you for the time and effort put forth
to finish our new house. We signed a contract on the house
in early March after having sold our other house. We were
moving in with family interim and my wife is pregnant, due
in September. We knew time was of the essence, and were told
that our house could be finished before the arrival of the
new baby, assuming no unforeseen problems arose. The house
was started and went up fast. We saw progress every week when
we drove out to look at the house. It was very encouraging.
We made no major changes and ran into no problems with the
construction along the way. Our questions were always answered
in a timely manner, and everyone we spoke with was very helpful
and attentive.
The whole construction process was a very pleasant experience
all around. We were in the house just four months after Hamilton
Reed broke ground- plenty of time to get settled before the
new baby arrived. This was a big concern of ours. We were
very pleased, especially after some of the stories we had
heard from friends who were building with builders other than
Hamilton Reed. Our house is very well constructed and we would
repeat the process with Hamilton Reed without any hesitation.
Thank you again for making a stressful time of our lives
as pleasant as possible. We really appreciate it.

Dear Hamilton Reed,
My wife and I recently played golf at a new course, Waverly
Woods. Since I have always wanted to live on or near a golf
course, we happened to stop and walk through a great looking
new model home that had caught our attention. When the sales
representative mentioned that Steve Forney is the builder,
we commented, "no wonder its' a great looking house.
. . he built our house in Fulton!" Well, several couples
were looking around and upon hearing what we said, started
asking us a million questions.
They were very excited to hear our rave reviews concerning
the time and effort you spent with us just in the initial
planning, pricing and design stage. By the time we finished
explaining how you how you build a home and all the different
things you do, especially compared to the attitudes and methods
we had found with other area builders, T think you will be
starting a couple of new homes very soon.
The best thing of all though, is having this great experience
with you not only during but probably more importantly, after
building our home and not being embarrassed to share those
thoughts with anyone.
Keep up the good work and we just might see you on the golf
course, if there are any open lots!
The Mortons

Dear Hamilton Reed,
A note of thanks for always being so available when I’ve
got new house questions. You guys have always been there to
answer any questions that I may have had during the construction
of our house.
I guess it just goes to show what a quality builder will
do to keep the customers happy.
